資格・経験

Preferred:
Prior work experience at a Japanese company or educational institution.

Requirements for Foreign English Instructors

Able to teach a wide range of students, from young children to adults.
Able to communicate in Japanese at a conversational level or higher.
Cheerful, positive, and flexible in attitude and teaching style.
Passionate about education and genuinely cares about students’ growth.
Able to work cooperatively with other staff as part of a team.
In good health and able to work reliably with minimal sick leave.
Familiar with and adaptable to Japanese workplace culture.
