Apartment and office building cleaning management
job description
Cleaning site management for office buildings, apartment buildings, etc.
You will be responsible for dealing with the management company and managing the cleaning staff (part-time and contract).

You will patrol 2-3 buildings a day and also have days when you work in the office.
*This is not a job that requires you to be permanently on-site.

[Major duties]
◆ On-site patrol
└Visit the building you are in charge of ⇒ Check the quality of cleaning

└Creating quotations and contracts, attendance management, report creation, etc.

└Responding to requests and requests
◆ Cleaning agency work, attendance for regular and special cleaning, etc.

[Management System]
Each person is responsible for 10 to 30 properties and approximately 50 cleaning staff.
You will be managed in a team with 2-3 site leaders.
Cleaning management staff can also share information and consult with each other.

Salary
[Monthly salary] From 253,000 yen + various allowances

*Overtime allowance will be paid in full separately
* Trial period of 3 months (no change in treatment, etc.)

Model annual income:

Working days/hours
9:00-17:30 (7.5 hours working time)

*Flextime system available (standard working hours: 7.5 hours per day)
*Overtime is about 20 to 30 hours per month
*PCs are shut down at 6:30pm, so you can work with a clear distinction between on and off.

Afternoon: Return to the head office and do administrative work (there are days when you work in the office all day)

Q.What made you decide to join the company?
When my daughter was in kindergarten, I wanted to spend more time with my family, which is what prompted me to change jobs. In my previous job, I was selling condominiums, and I had many one-off encounters, but after signing a contract, I don't have the opportunity to meet customers.
